At Dripgen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect item received, or if the product does not meet your expectations.

Return Process:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if your return is eligible.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Refund and Exchange Policy:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [number of days] business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions:
